I ran a 4:41.05 and I got my butt kicked lol. So far this year I only lost to 2 kids during all my dual meets and I got the one and the other didn't qualify so I'm pretty happy. If you want me to post recents for other races I will. Robert Mickas ran one hell of a race in the 3200. It was like 9:0? Maybe low teens. I forget but he crushed everyone.
