If I could cut a second of my PB for every time someone on Trackie.ca or TnFNorth.ca said that the Dalplex Track was short, I'd have the WR by now.
If I could cut a second off my PB for every time someone told me I suck, I'd still be nowhere near a WR. :'(

I just go on Tnfnorth just to see the the ofsaa predictions.  I swear they hate short people, because they think Ryan Sleiman won't win anything in ofsaa track because he is short, makes no sense to me.  Lots of short guys are good at track and cross country.  And his shortness didn't make him lose ofsaa cross country, because he won by a good 10 seconds.

I get so tired of all the OFSAA talk there. . . Even though we ALL know that winning on OFSAA medal is harder than winning and Olympic medal  ::)

Got my physics test back today, and I realize I knew how to do literally every single problem that I missed on it. I don't know why, but I really blanked out and panicked that day. It was the worst test taking experience I've ever had  :(

a sophomore at my new school died today..its weird because i don't know her.
like at my old school i know everyone and if someone died it would be such a bigger deal someone did die there a couple years ago and no one talked like all day like the lunch room where people always talk was dead silent. but at this school like no one even cares because half the kids didn't know her.

My school is like. I think last year 3 kids died and noone found out until an announcement was made like 2 months after they each died.

As of right now, my school is the only one not closed for the storm. I hate that I'm the only one without a day off.

We've had some people from my school die (wow that sounds awful haha) but I didn't know any of them. Most of them were from the Alternative School (a nicer way of saying Dumb Kids School).

A girl last year was shot (her dad went psycho and killed her and her little siblings  :-[ ), I've only saw her  in passing, but when she died all of a sudden everyone loved her and was her best friend.

We had two deaths during my time in high school.  The first was a senior softball/basketball player.  Everyone loved her.  Her heart just stopped.  I was a freshman, I didn't know her.  I didn't pretend to.  I couldn't even match a name to a face and my school isn't that big.  I'd be insulted if a bunch of random strangers were showing up to my funeral and stuff so they come off as sensitive or whatever their goal is in the eyes of others.

The second death was another girl who was a senior.  She wrecked her car.  She was unpopular because she wasn't a great student, didn't do sports, and her dad was the chief of police for the school or whatever.  The softball girl has a memorial and all kinds of stuff.  This girl got nothing.

same happened at my old school two people died one was a good friend to pretty much everyone and there is a memorial thing by the soccer fields this other one died of alcohol poisoning and someone decorated his locker..all of his friends were upset because no one really was that distraught but no one was really friends with him..i don't know. its a touchy thing.

No one has died since I've been in school, but we had a boy in my class who got sent to a boys ranch type of home after he broke into a  house and left harrasment notes.  He left about a month ago, and the house he broke into was his best friend's house ???

a kid at my school committed suicide last year. i used to be best friends with his triplet sister, but I never really talked to her brothers like ever. It was sad when he died, no one pretended to be his friend that wasn't, everyone felt really bad that had classes with him but never talked to him.
